Solplanet is a brand owned by AISWEI, which has been developing and manufacturing these products since 2007. Originally known as the Chinese subsidiary of SMA, AISWEI now operates independently while continuing to collaborate with SMA Solar Technology AG on product supply and technology research and development.

AISWEI Technology Co., Ltd. retains the right to use certain technologies and trademarks of the SMA Group under specific licenses. The inverters produced by AISWEI utilize technology processes that are standard in the German industry and meet EU quality standards.

What if the picture doesn't match what I received?

Sometimes, we are unable to provide exact pictures of our products, and manufacturers may alter designs without notifying us. Therefore, our images are for illustration purposes only.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and Free shipping options. Shipping costs vary based on your location and weight of some products at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping services to international destinations soon.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Do you do Refund?

Energy Blaze will not replace or refund goods unless they are damaged.

If the customer receives damaged goods, we will replace or refund them provided the following conditions are met:

  • The customer notifies Energy Blaze by email by 5pm on the working day following the signing of the delivery note that some or all goods were damaged prior to their arrival.
  • Energy Blaze is given a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods, which may include the customer providing photographs of the damaged goods.
  • The customer has not used or installed the goods.
  • The goods have not been scratched, soiled, or otherwise damaged by the customer, rendering them unsaleable as brand new.
  • If requested, the customer returns the goods in their original packaging to the address provided by Energy Blaze (this address will be given when the return email is received).
