MainsPro is a G99 protection relay designed for mains-to-parallel applications, including renewable energy sources like photovoltaic plants.

It offers adjustable protections for voltage, frequency, and loss of mains to ensure the safety of both the distribution network and the generators.

When generating power in parallel with the mains, 'loss of mains' protection is crucial to prevent feeding electricity into an isolated grid, which could cause equipment damage or safety hazards.
